Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist
Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, and internal partners
Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI's achieved
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist
Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
Good team player
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Good analytical ability
