Are you a customer service professional who loves helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional experiences?



Our client -- a fast-growing leader in low-carbon district heating and sustainable energy systems -- is looking for a Customer Services Specialist to support customers, resolve enquiries, and help improve service processes across a rapidly expanding energy network.



You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of the business -- handling queries, troubleshooting issues, supporting billing investigations, and helping to shape customer communications and service improvements.

What you'll bring

? Customer Service experience (call centre or helpdesk background ideal)

? Excellent phone & email communication skills

? Confident handling complaints with empathy and fairness

? Highly organised with strong attention to detail

? Ability to work across multiple systems and manage information accurately

? A proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-focused attitude

? Comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and engineers

What you'll do

?? Answer incoming enquiries and deliver exceptional customer outcomes

?? Investigate billing issues, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies

?? Support first-line complaint handling with clear, empathetic communication

?? Help produce customer communications and service documentation

? Improve customer service processes with the wider team

?? Generate reports on account status and provide updates to customers

?? Coordinate engineer visits, schedule work orders, and track progress

?? Identify and escalate urgent or high-impact customer issues

?? Provide clear information on district heating networks and service offerings
