The Role



The Customer Service Specialist will be supporting the business with providing exceptional customer service whilst nurturing long term customer relationships. This is a varied role which requires a combination of great communication, organisational and analytical skills.

The position will require using different mediums of communication (telephone, email, in person, Microsoft Teams), the ability to run and understand reports, problem solving and teamwork.

You will work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and customers by responding to requests and delivering the best possible service, internally and externally. You will also be using your communication skills to interpret requirements from the business and clients through to our technical teams.

Candidates will be dynamic in reacting to customer requests in a busy working environment whilst being able to prioritise their overall workload. You will be self-motivated and enjoy making a difference through supporting those around you. You will be a hard-working individual who embraces change and enjoys a challenge. Main Duties of a Customer Service Specialist



Receive and process customer orders Production of the monthly invoicing Capturing SLA data Run weekly feedback reports System maintenance Master data maintenance and customer contacts Any other duties as requested by your supervisor/manager

What we look for in a Customer Service Specialist



GCSE level C or equivalent in both English and Maths preferred Good level of accuracy and data entry skills A team worker with a flexible approach, can-do attitude Competent IT user of MS office tools Good verbal and written communication skills
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm/8:30am to 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week
