The Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You'll work across a variety of tasks, from processing orders to maintaining accurate system data, all while playing a key role in keeping our service standards high.
What you'll be doing
Managing and processing customer orders with accuracy
Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
Capturing and monitoring SLA data.
Producing and distributing weekly feedback reports.
Maintaining systems and master data, including customer records.
Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as required.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Additional Information
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (8:30-17:00/9:00-17:30)
