Position Summary:

Due to business needs, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer support and Communication team at Pawfit. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious Customer service Specialist to work on all customer related aspects.

The aim of this role is to answer customer enquiries, resolve issues, enhance customer experience and foster relationships, improve credibility and create customer loyalty within the Pawfit brand. We are looking to interview ASAP, with a view to this job role starting in July.

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat and telephone. Manage delivery documentation. Collate customer feedback, analyse, and report weekly. Effectively maintain FAQ section on the company website. Process returns quickly and efficiently. Handle all customer complaints effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures. Assist with online and offline Technical Support. Ensure all customer information is accurate and kept up to date.

Pay: 23,000.00-28,000.00 per year
