Job Description

Headlam, Europe's largest floor covering distributor, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join an inclusive and welcoming team in our Sales Office. This full-time role offers an attractive salary and excellent benefits.

As a

Customer service specialist

, you will be processing inbound sales orders via telephone & email in a fast paced busy sales office.

Knowledge within the flooring industry is preferred.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

:

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via the telephone & email

Track and follow up customer requests

Logging customer calls and resolving complaints and escalating to Team Leader

Gathering project pricing for customers and providing quote letters

Making sure daily office jobs/admin tasks are complete

Ordering stock from suppliers and other company branches across the group.

Provide courteous service and expert advice to customers

Follow GDPR rules and regulations

Requirements:

Experience working in a sales office Computer/keyboard skills and ability to learn sales and ordering systems operation Good verbal communication skills Ability to build relationships Good team working skills.
