Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our friendly team. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities



Responding promptly to customer phone and email enquiries.

Using and updating information on our IT portals.

Acknowledging and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Have a full understanding of our services so that you can answer customer queries.

Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience

& Skills



Proven background in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.

Strong English verbal & written communication skills.

At ease using bespoke IT systems and Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
