What you'll do:
Speak with our clients over the phone to identify their requirements in order to provide fantastic customer service -
this is not a call centre role;
Proactively make clients aware of any payment issues and rectify these, being their main point of contact if they require any assistance;
Maintain accurate computer records and to follow the company's data protection and compliance procedures at all times;
Contact our existing clients annually to review their policy and answer queries about Trust forms.
Who you are:
Experienced in providing excellent customer service
A proactive and enthusiastic team player
Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Possess the ability to work in a compliant manner, adhering to FCA guidelines.
Pay and Benefits:
Salary 24-25k
Up to 13.5% of salary as an annual bonus
28 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
A 35 hour working week (Monday to Friday only, no weekends)

Please note this is a permanent role, initially based in our office in Reigate for training each day, however we are happy to offer flexible working with some days from homeonce you have achieved competency in the role. Working hours are on a shift basis of 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday, with every Friday 9am-5pm.
