What You'll Be Doing



You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers - offering product advice, creating quotes, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is smooth from enquiry to delivery. You'll work across email, phone, chat, and video - so clear communication is a must.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy. Advising customers on the best print solutions based on their needs and budgets. Creating and following up on quotations, raising invoices, and handing over to Our Studio or Production teams . Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring timely follow-ups. Handling customer complaints or delivery issues with confidence and a solutions-focused mindset. Identifying upsell opportunities and assisting in growing client accounts. Analysing feedback and reporting trends to support continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For



1+ year experience in customer service, technical support, or sales support. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent phone and email etiquette. Commercial awareness with a talent for identifying client needs. Confident with quoting, order handling, and CRM tools. Attention to detail and comfort working to deadlines. Strong computer literacy and ability to pick up systems quickly A self-starter attitude with initiative and the drive to go above and beyond.

Bonus Points:



Experience in the print industry or in a reseller/digital product environment Familiarity with artwork specifications, print production processes, or file checking

Pay: 24,500.00-26,000.00 per year
