Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using data entry systems. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all tables are set up correctly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Strong analysis skills to understand guest preferences and enhance service delivery. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately when processing orders. Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items effectively. A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
