Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience throughout their visit. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and present menus Take accurate food and drink orders using data entry systems Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Process payments accurately and efficiently

Skills

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Excellent phone etiquette for taking reservations or handling customer inquiries over the phone Proficient in data entry for order management systems Ability to analyse customer preferences to enhance service quality Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities Multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse clientele
