Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Service & Student Success Specialist
to join our team at our Harlow office.
This role suits individuals with experience in
customer service, educational support, teaching assistant roles, or school administration
who can communicate professionally and support families throughout their child's learning journey.
This is
not a sales role
. Your focus will be delivering exceptional support, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, and helping maintain a high-quality learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide friendly and professional support regarding timetables, student access, homework, and resources.
Use your understanding of
GCSE Maths, English, and Science
to help guide students toward the right academic support.
Manage onboarding tasks such as creating accounts, sharing class links, and setting up schedules.
Track student attendance, engagement, and homework submission through internal systems.
Follow up with families to ensure students are progressing and receiving the support they need.
Liaise with tutors to relay important updates or academic concerns.
Maintain accurate parent and student records using our CRM.
Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Contribute ideas to strengthen the student support experience.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
customer service, education support, teaching assistant work, or school admin
.
Knowledge of the UK education system and GCSE subjects (beneficial but not essential).
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Confident using technology and online systems.
Friendly, patient, reliable, and solutions-focused.
Ability to work
on-site in Harlow
, Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, and Friday half day.
A genuine interest in helping students succeed academically.
