We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. Duties



Supervise and support the customer service team, providing guidance and training as needed. Manage daily operations to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and complaints. Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communicate effectively Prepare reports on team performance, highlighting achievements and areas for development. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff.

Skills



Proficient in English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Excellent analytical skills to assess situations and develop effective solutions. Proven experience in supervising teams, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

Pay: 39,100.00-39,950.00 per year
