Customer Service Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Customer Services Supervisor position in our dynamic and fast-paced 24/7 Contact Centre. This role involves providing daily management, support and direction to one of our Customer Service Advisor teams.
We are seeking an individual with drive, a positive outlook and the ability to manage performance effectively and achieve results. This role will guide and support Customer Service Advisors in meeting agreed quality and performance targets, as well as exceeding customer satisfaction levels.

To join us, you'll need either a relevant Level 4 qualification or extensive equivalent experience, leadership or management training, experience of effectively managing a team and knowledge of multi-channel customer service delivery. This role benefits from our hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with a requirement for the team of Customer Service Supervisors to provide Advisor support between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday (although this can be remote support) and is part of an out of hours management stand by rota (usually 1 week in 5), which attracts additional pay.
