We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our dealership clients. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment environment within the automotive industry. We will also need a Customer Service Supervisor who will strive to make new client relationships to increase our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our staffing services.
Supervise and support a small team of customer service representatives.
Coordinate the placement of MOT testers and vehicle technicians, ensuring timely delivery of candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
Liaise with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and support seamless candidate deployment.
Resolve client queries and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in our database and generate reports as required.
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and contractors.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably within the recruitment or automotive sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to fast-changing requirements.
Knowledge of staffing logistics or recruitment processes is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
