We're looking for someone with customer service in their blood (and plenty of experience on their CV) to support teams in our customer contact centre. The Day to Day

As one of the more senior members of the team, you'll role model good customer service and handle escalations where necessary. You'll also support team sales activities along side your normal duty of maintaining smooth running at our call centre. You'll need to learn the ropes with our sales and ordering systems and any other systems that are introduced as part of our ongoing improvement.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an adaptable and experienced customer service professional who has an instinctive way with people. Both customers and colleagues will be at ease talking to you, and you'll be able to have a positive impact on them. Able to quickly get your head around new computer systems, you'll be proactive in developing your knowledge so that you can always help when colleagues and customers come to you for answers.
