About the role
We're looking ahead and building a talent pool of future Customer Service Supervisors at Derby Station.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll lead and support the station team, making sure customers receive the very best service and that our station runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards. From rostering and briefings to ensuring compliance with company processes, you'll be at the heart of the action in a fast-paced environment.
