We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of individuals while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Duties
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting regular evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
Analyse customer service metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Provide training and support to new and existing staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist team members in addressing customer needs effectively.
Manage and cook food when ever needed and maintain the sales consistently and reach the target.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and conducting performance reviews.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
