As a
Customer Service Supervisor
, you will oversee the front-of-house operations, manage customer interactions, and lead a team of service staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience. You will play a key role in handling customer feedback, training staff, and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
Lead, train, and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar managers to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of dining areas.
Assist in scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development.
Uphold health and safety standards, including hygiene and food safety compliance.
Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests efficiently.
Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and support day-to-day operational decisions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards under pressure.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the UK.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience with Indian or Hyderabadi cuisine is a plus but not essential.

Pay: 35,000.00-39,000.00 per year
