Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Customer Service Supervisor
to manage and guide our customer support team based in Manchester. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, improving customer experience, and supporting the company's continued expansion in the online vaping market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day customer service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality support
Supervise, motivate, and develop the customer service team to achieve performance objectives
Design and implement training initiatives to improve service delivery and team capabilities
Review customer feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer service aligns with business objectives
Handle and support multilingual customer communications across various channels
Track, analyse, and report on performance indicators and customer satisfaction levels
Contribute to business growth by consistently delivering outstanding customer support
Skills & Experience Required
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within customer service
Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Spanish language skills are advantageous; additional languages are highly desirable
Ability to assess data and implement service improvement strategies
Previous experience within e-commerce or online sales environments is preferred
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
