We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service & Fuel Sales Supervisor to lead our customer service and fuel sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves overseeing daily fuel sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The Customer Service Supervisor will play a crucial role in training staff, checking sales orders, and implementing effective strategies to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support the customer service & sales team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Develop training programmes for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Promote a culture of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer service and sales environment.
Strong communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical skills to assess performance data and implement improvements.
Experience in training and mentoring staff is an advantage.
