Customer Service Executive
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Office-Based
Salary: 30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email
- Handle customer service enquiries professionally
- Support internal teams with day-to-day admin and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Provide exceptional service and follow-up with customer queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and proactive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using phones and handling multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support
- 30,000 salary
- Monday to Friday
