We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Team Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and mentor the team, ensuring overall team performance.
In return, is a salary of
up to 40,000 P/A
, depending on experience, plus 23 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, your birthday off, EAP system, and more!
This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the customer services and complaints handling process, ensuring timely processing of requests,
Acting as the next point of contact for any escalated cases,
Ensure compliance across the department,
Prepare and produce reports on team statistics and overall team performance.
The ideal candidate:
Must have previous team management experience in a call centre, contact centre, or financial services environment,
Will need to be able to manage a high-performing team, motivating and developing team members along the way,
Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.
