We are passionate about providing friendly expertise and delivering an extraordinary customer experience - and that's where you come in.
You will provide technical support to customers, offering all available options for both in and out of warranty customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good technical understanding
The ability and skills to use relevant computer software
As a key point of contact for the call centre, we are looking for someone who is personable and can build relationships, as you will be working with other departments throughout the business.
We are also looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a call centre or client facing environment
Is a team player
Can drive their own development
