Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of services. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Utilise basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers effectively. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during peak hours.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential. Experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is highly desirable. Strong guest service skills, with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Basic maths proficiency for accurate order processing and financial transactions. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
