Recommending helpful products or services when it makes sense for the customer.
Working with your teammates to share ideas and improve how we do things.
Staying up to date with what we offer so you can give the best advice and support.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and a natural way with people.
Good attention to detail and confidence using basic computer systems.
A calm and positive approach, even when things get busy.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.
Comfortable suggesting products or services that could help a customer.
