Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage the end-to-end customer experience for our engineering and vehicle repair operations. This role bridges the gap between customers, workshop controllers, and parts departments, ensuring smooth communication, accurate pricing, timely updates, and efficient coordination of repairs and collections.
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, social media and in person
Price jobs and issue invoices with accuracy and transparency
Take payments and ensure timely collection of vehicles and parts
Update customers on repair progress, delays, and warranty details
Translate technical issues into clear, reassuring updates
Coordinate with workshop controllers and parts department for schedules and parts availability
Manage expectations with empathy and professionalism
