DESCRIPTION - TEMPORARY BASIS, POSSIBLY LEADING TO PERMANENT
We are looking for an assertive, quick learning individual to join our small but busy team of Customer Service agents / Administrators. The right person will have an excellent telephone manner, good keyboard skills, work well within a team as well as independently and have good language and people skills.
Full training will be provided on site on how to work with our bespoke database.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous call center experience preferred but not essential
Excellent telephone manner and good people skills
Strong communicator in English with excellent grammar.
Good keyboard skills would be advantageous.
