Chris Collett Plumbing & Heating are on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused
Customer Service / Admin Assistant
to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering incoming customer calls and understanding their needs
Booking in engineers and coordinating appointments
Keeping customers informed throughout their job journey
Updating job cards and engineers' notes
Highlighting any additional work required for quoting
Sending out reminders for service and safety certification renewals
Providing all-round genuine care and support to our customers
What We're Looking For:
A positive, caring attitude with a real focus on customer satisfaction Excellent communication and organisation skills
Confident using computers and updating job management systems
A flexible team player who can work across both our Oadby and Anstey offices (a few days per week at each)
