About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our Customer Service team. This role is essential in supporting the department with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations. This is a 3-month temporary position, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team.
Manage and update customer records accurately.
Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and assist with data entry.
Assist with general office duties and other tasks as required.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an administrative is desirable.
