We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service /Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing exceptional support to both customers and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for data entry, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively, there will be stock to organise which will include some lifting.
39 Hours (paid)
Monday to Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
Responsibilities
Manage incoming inquiries face to face & via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Perform accurate data entry into our systems to maintain up-to-date records of customers information and order details.
process customer payments face to face and over the phone.
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide information about services offered.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organised filing system for service documentation and correspondence.
process deliveries on a daily basis and organise stock for fitters.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar customer service/ administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
