Job Description

Keen2Clean is a well established but growing, professional exterior cleaning company providing window cleaning and exterior services to residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on reliability, clear communication, and well-organised operations.

Within this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, bookings, and general admin.

What We're Looking For-



Confident, professional phone manner Strong attention to detail Organised and reliable Comfortable using email and computer systems Calm and professional with customers
Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
