Up to 16.03 per hour

Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm (4 days in our Worcester head office, 1 day working from home)

About the Role



We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to become a key part of our daily operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensure service tickets are managed efficiently, maintain accurate records, and support the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner Log, manage, and track service tickets, escalating issues where appropriate Coordinate product movements, returns, deliveries, and basic scheduling tasks Maintain accurate records across internal systems and spreadsheets Support reporting on service trends and customer feedback Liaise with suppliers, service partners, and logistics teams Escalate complex issues or customer complaints to your line manager

Skills & Experience



Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Confident using email, spreadsheets, and general admin systems Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous experience in customer service or administration is beneficial but not essential
