Job Title: Customer Service/Office Administrator



Working Days: 3 days (Negotiable) Monday - Friday (No weekends)



Working Hours: 6 - 8 hours per day (Negotiable)



To provide Administration Support to the Directors and Site Managers:

Excellent administration and communication skills required.

Capable word processing skills (MS Word/Excel/Google docs/Google Drive)

Excellent telephone manner

Confident and calm when under pressure

Duties:



? Answering incoming telephone calls providing excellent customer service at all times.

? Recording and management of customer complaints and enquiries through to completion.

? Liaising with site staff for the order management of uniform and site consumables.

? Receiving payments from site managers

? Producing monthly site invoices for office records and site managers.

? Liaising with suppliers and insurance company when required

? Ability to work on their own and manage their own work schedule.

? Ad-hoc admin as and when required by the directors.
