Customer Service / Office Administrator
This role is a Full-Time office-based position. Primacare is a Specialist Seating Manufacturer in Rhymney South Wales.
We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, that is confident to handle customer enquiries, sales orders, quotations, returns and general office administration, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.
As Part of a Team, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintain accurate records and support reporting
Process sales orders, quotations, and returns
Purchasing, despatch.
What we're looking for:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Essential
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask - Essential
A proactive team player who can work independently - Essential
Experience of a manufacturing environment - Desirable
