We are a rapidly expanding specialist supplier of high-quality JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) car parts, serving enthusiasts and garages across the UK and internationally. We aim to go above and beyond just selling parts, with a focus on excellent customer service, expert advice, and fast delivery.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service administrator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and e-commerce, a knowledge of parts would be a bonus but not essential.
Standard working hours are 9.00 am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime options available.
Salary based on a 35 hour week, 13.00-14.50 per hour.
No weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication:
Check and respond to all incoming emails and messages at the start of each day.
Resolve customer enquiries and issues professionally and promptly via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Build relationships with trade clients and returning customers, offering tailored pricing and ordering structures to their needs.
Take phone payments and ensure orders are processed accurately.
Liaise with delivery companies.
Inventory & Website Management:
Use Linnworks to manage stock and listings across Shopify and eBay.
Create, update, and optimise product listings to ensure accuracy and improve conversion rates.
Identify and suggest improvements for the website and listings, to improve customer experience.
Social Media & Marketing:
Plan and schedule engaging social media posts across Facebook.
Engage in Facebook groups to answer questions of potential customers.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new stock, and relevant content.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment, maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop with a growing company.
A team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
IT Literacy is essential.
Experience using website software is preferred, familiarity with Linnworks, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms a bonus but not essential.
Driving licence and own transport are essential due to location. We are based in Staunton-on-Arrow, 15 minutes from Kington or Leominster.
