Job Role



We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support our Stock Controller and assist with the 2G swap-out project. This role involves customer communication, stock management, and coordination of returns and shipments, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Handle reception calls, providing professional customer service and call transfers Manage the enquiries mailbox, responding and distributing messages promptly Cover stock control duties during absences Process and manage returns from the field within 10-day timelines Coordinate stock allocation and ad-hoc shipments (UK & USA) Liaise with customers to arrange 2G unit swap-outs and installations Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the swap-out process

Skills & Abilities



Polite and professional telephone manner Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience



Previous customer-facing experience essential Professional phone experience preferred

Knowledge



Proficient IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office Willingness to learn department functions on the job

Please note that this is a 12-months fixed term contract.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 26,227.50 per year
