Data Processor / Order Verifier (Customer Service Support Team)
Brief Description:
As part of our Back-End Data Processing and Verifying Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer orders entered into our production system. Working closely with both internal teams and external customers, you will check and verify all technical and order details to guarantee our products are manufactured to the correct specification.
You'll need a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach, and the ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications. This role requires a balance of technical accuracy, customer focus, and efficient communication.
Following training, you'll develop a strong understanding of our product range and production processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our department and supporting the business in delivering the highest standards of quality and service.

Main Responsibilities:
Verify and process customer orders
with a high degree of accuracy within the company's production systems.
Quality check orders
entered by the keying team to eliminate potential errors before manufacturing.
Review technical drawings
and specifications to ensure product details match customer requirements.
Identify and correct order discrepancies
to prevent incorrect production.
Produce accurate documentation
for factory and customer use.
Liaise with internal teams
(Customer Service, Sales, Production, Accounts, IT) to maintain consistent communication and ensure smooth order flow.
Communicate effectively with customers
to clarify order details, resolve issues, and provide updates in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain accurate system records
and ensure all job notes and files are up to date.
Meet and exceed daily accuracy and productivity targets.
Participate in ongoing training
to expand product and system knowledge.
Contribute to process improvement
initiatives across departments to enhance quality and efficiency.
Support colleagues
during peak periods and ensure workload is managed effectively.
Uphold company values

Skills and Requirements:
Essential:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with computers and data entry systems (Microsoft Office and internal CRMs).
Desirable:
Experience in a data processing, verifying, or technical administration role.
Customer service experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of window, door, or glazing products (advantageous but not essential).
Experience in continuous improvement or quality checking processes.
