We are seeking a permanent, full time Customer Services Adviser to join our Customer Services Team in our Elgin Agency where you will play a key role in delivering the best possible customer service to new and existing customers.
Main purpose:
Advising and servicing existing customers policies including renewals, claims and policy amendments
Selling NFU Mutual products to both new and existing customers
This is a truly varied role where you will be responding to customer enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face in the branch. You will also be responsible for prospecting new business leads, completing general administration tasks and get involved in our marketing. To support your development, you will be fully trained and licensed to ensure that all work meets the requirements of the FCA and NFU Mutual.

Qualifications: 5 GCSE's including maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
