A government body is seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to provide efficient and effective customer service to clients, and administrative support to the regeneration & housing team.
Based in the Cardiff area, South Wales. This is a contract role for initially 10 weeks (37 hours per week) from approximately 13th October and paying 17.41 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE 13.69 per hour). The closing date is Thursday, 2nd October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working in a Customer Services Officer, Client Relations Advisor, Complaint Handling Representative or similar customer services role in a local authority, council, borough or similar complex organisation. It is essential to be highly organised with excellent communication and IT skills.
