We are looking for a confident and engaging individual who thrives in a telephone-based role and enjoys speaking with customers throughout the day. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage of their agreement.
A key part of this role involves identifying customer needs and recommending additional products that enhance and support their vehicle agreements. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated to maximise opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
oGeneral Customer Services, including some low-level complaint handling
oProcessing customer documentation / policies
oAnswering and directing general enquiry calls and e-mails.
oProcessing data and maintaining customer records onto our CRM system.
oSpeaking to our customers throughout their contract offering support and additional products
oProactively offer and sell ancillary products and services to customers
oOther office administrative duties / functions as required.
oProcess vehicle title transfers and assist with vehicle tax matters
oSet up and facilitate insurance sales
