The Role
As a Customer Services Consultant - 1st Line, you'll be the first point of contact for users needing support with our ERP software. From warehouse teams to company directors, you'll help customers solve problems quickly and keep their operations moving. It's not just a support role--it's a launchpad into the world of ERP and business technology.
You'll receive full training and ongoing support, with hands-on learning that sets you up for long-term success in tech.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and voicemail, logging incidents accurately
Provide remote support using tools like LogMeIn
Troubleshoot and resolve common problems--or escalate them when needed
Keep customers updated with clear, honest communication
Install ERP software on user devices when requested
Monitor system alerts and data connectors for potential issues
Work with internal teams and external partners to solve more complex problems
Maintain professional, friendly service at all times
Join regular team meetings, training sessions, and software workshops
What You'll Bring
Technical Skills

Experience with helpdesk systems is a plus
