Customer Services Coordinator

to play a vital role in supporting our sales process and ensuring seamless communication between our team and our customers. This dynamic position combines administrative expertise with customer-facing activities, including outbound calls to generate orders, identifying new leads, and strengthening customer connections.

Operating since 1995 undertaking Aerosol Contract Filling for customers we have been based on Gateway in Crewe since 1999 and the site has grown in size and market presence. In 2017, the business was acquired by the Instarmac group plc, a privately owned manufacturing business, who are an award winning Times top 100 business who supply products to the Highway maintenance, Tiling, Commercial flooring and External hard landscaping markets to most continents across the world.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support:



Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Researching and canvassing for new business Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation. Maintain and update internal systems with customer and order details. Enter new customer accounts and credit limits on to the systems Assist the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data.

Customer Service for existing & potential customers



Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities. Advise customers of predicted delivery dates, updates on orders, dealing with customer queries. Maintaining the service level agreement with the customer Effective management and satisfactory resolution of customer complaints

Administrative Tasks:



Approving orders for accounts which are over original credit limit set. Supporting Finance on the control of credit limits and chasing late payments Managing both the Key Account Directors & Account Managers diaries, ensuring they are meeting customers as defined and on a regular basis. Issuing of credit notes as required Charing daily meetings with purchasing, technical, transport quality and production on customer order progression. General office administration as required

Telesales & Lead Generation:



Proactively conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce yourself, the company and its products and services. Identify sales opportunities and pass leads to the sales team. Support marketing campaigns

What you will need:



Confident communication and phone skills

The ability to cold call potential clients

Excellent data entry and administration skills

Ability to deliver excellent consultative advice to customers

Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills

Ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up and cross-sell

Good Knowledge of MS office, (excel and word essential)

Previous sales experience within a similar Manufacturing environment

Understanding of sales targets and deadlines

Proven experience of working in customer sales, call centre or partnering role
