In this role you will report to the Head of Customer Services, assisting with various tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer service by telephone and email.
Being the first point of contact and owner of specific products or customers as allocated.
Inputting and management of customer order and forecast demand within the business operating system.
Coordinating customer requirements with key stakeholders.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
Liaising with Logistics and Transport Management teams.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers
Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (dashboards and charts) that provide overview and
insight against key strategic metrics.
Gathering, recording and acting upon customer feedback.
Updating customer and part records.
Qualifications and experience:

Proven experience of working in a similar
role in a customer services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office,
particularly Excel.
The ability to build productive working relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
Good levels of IT literacy - Microsoft Office/Excel
Formal qualifications related to Customer Service
Experience using a CRM system.
Experience of Import/Export and customs
procedures.
IT systems - experienced in use of SAP or other ERP system.

A salary up to 32,000 depending on experience.

Hybrid working
This is a full-time position, based on working Monday - to Friday, 39 hours a week.
