Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping to support, enable facilitate, and improve the day-to-day business operation at Lightning Safety Systems.

The office team is the heartbeat of an effective and profitable operation. Our proactive and supportive approach to all customers, both internal and external, combined with a focus on improving business performance, demonstrates the importance of this team and its members to Lightning Safety Systems.

This position requires strong communication skills, ability to organise combined with a methodical and logical approach to their work, a positive attitude with a "can do " attitude, a genuine focus and care for customer service and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Duties



Liaising with other internal teams and team members Working with sub-contractors to ensure paperwork is provided in a timely manner Proactively action customer queries and requests Raising and management of callouts when necessary Support with system based reporting Account support on various contracts to include creation, scheduling and management of monthly service works, quote management, coordinating the ordering of stock via our Purchasing Team, reviewing and or obtaining compliance documentation and customer system management

Qualifications



Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve service quality. Positive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills Excel skills desirable, but not essential
