Pay Rate: 26,500.00
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm (working 1 in 3 Saturday mornings)
Location: Worksop - S80 3EG

We're now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to resolve customer queries through effective communication to meet deadlines.
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner - both over the phone and through email
Processing, releasing and monitoring customer orders across various systems
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
Great communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent IT skills - experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable)
