Customer Service Executive

, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience -- ensuring every interaction reflects the prestige, integrity, and excitement of our brand.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering world-class service through phone, email, and digital channels. Build lasting relationships with investors, distilleries, and partners, ensuring every stage of their journey runs seamlessly. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure client portfolios are updated, accurate, and managed with precision. Handle incoming queries with empathy and expertise -- resolving issues quickly and exceeding expectations. Support the client onboarding process, guiding new investors through documentation, cask registration, and delivery of key materials. Continuously look for ways to elevate our service standards, contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Who You Are

A natural communicator with a passion for people and an eye for detail. Professional, articulate, and confident in handling high-value clients and sensitive information. Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing the personal touch. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard, not the exception. Ideally, experienced in client services, luxury goods, investments, or hospitality -- but above all, driven by exceptional service.
