Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (flexibility required)
Location: Coventry - CV2 2TA
Training: 2 week in Kemble Cotswolds' - Monday - Friday - Day Shift - (Hotels and Expenses covered) - This is a must and required should you be successful upon application/interview

We're now looking for a Customer Service Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• To lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors, as a 21st Century Leader
• Building strong relationships across the team, suppliers, delivery locations and customers
• Carrying out basic HR tasks such as probation and performance reviews, 1:1's and back to work meetings
• Analysing and creating reports from data - reporting and presenting this to the Senior Team and Customer

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have had at least 12-18 months in customer service experience - ideally management
• Exemplary customer service and customer management experience is essential
• An excellent communicator with a tenacious character
• Analytical with a great attention to detail, ideally will have experience with reporting and presenting data
• Excellent IT Skills - proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Teams, Outlook and Excel
