The Daylight Company is seeking an experienced
Customer Services Manager & Logistics Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our global customer base.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing B2B and B2C customer service operations while coordinating order processing, logistics, and international sales support. You'll lead a small, dedicated customer service team based in the UK and USA and act as a vital link between customers, sales managers, and logistics partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading B2B and B2C customer service operations and acting as the escalation point.
Managing international order processing from order entry through to delivery.
Coordinating logistics, shipments, and documentation across global markets.
Supporting Sales Managers with operational and customer-related requirements.
Line managing two Customer Service Representatives (UK & USA).
Driving service improvements and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service experience within a B2B environment (B2C also essential).
Experience managing or supervising customer service teams.
Solid understanding of order processing and international logistics.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Confident communicator able to work across teams and time zones.
