We are looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our Property Management team as a Customer Service Officer.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our fast-paced Property Management (Voids) service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear and accurate information across a range of services including housing registration, the allocation of empty properties, and identifying individuals who may benefit from tenancy readiness support.
You will deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels, including face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and email correspondence. You will also be responsible for processing tenancy terminations, creating property listings, evaluating applicant suitability, and organising property viewings and tenancy agreements. You will work closely with other departments to ensure information is accurate and that the letting process complies with current regulations and policies.
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service. You should be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and manage complex enquiries with professionalism. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure are essential. You should also be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to changing business needs.
